Amy Messenger brings 20 years of marketing and public relations experience to her role at Ogilvy PR. Amy’s current role is head of Ogilvy PR’s U.S. technology practice. She is the founder of the agency’s Denver office and a member of the executive team that opened the agency’s San Francisco office. Working with both start-ups and leading corporations, her experience has spanned market segments including telecommunications, network infrastructure, internet tools and technologies, and digital lifestyle products and services. Some of her client experience includes working with Brocade, Cisco, DoubleClick, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Novell, Qwest Communications and Xerox. She is a member of the Ogilvy PR Worldwide Management Committee. Prior to joining Ogilvy PR, Amy was with Ziff-Davis Publishing’s PC/Computing magazine. She holds a B.S. degree in public relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. A member of Social Venture Partners, Amy lives in Denver with her husband and two children.
